Arts education benefits the student, as it cultivates the whole child, gradually building various forms of literacy while developing intuition, reasoning, imagination and dexterity into unique forms of expression and communication. Leaders are born by learning to create, direct and organize through the process of artistic communications. This process requires not only an inquisitive mind but a trained one. The Dream Out Loud projects that specifically focus on the youth are designed to actively support and effectively promote Art as a means of expression, success and Empowerment. Focusing on the impact of creativity and the limitless advantages of it's implementation within the education process/system. Education in the Arts benefits society because students gain powerful tools for understanding critical and current human experiences, expanding on the impact of history as well. Learning to respect the very often antithetical ways in which others have of thinking, working and expressing themselves. Creativity will afford the ability to learn to make decisions in situations and compromises where there are no standard answers. By studying the arts, students stimulate their natural creativity and learn to develop skills that meet the harsh and sometimes irrational demands of a complex and highly competitive society.
